I’m a lifelong Poway native and a San Diego State University graduate with a degree in General Communications. I combine professionalism with a personal approach to help you protect what matters most. With extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to tailored service, I ensure each customer receives coverage suited to their unique needs.

In 2017, I embraced the rewarding challenge of fatherhood with the birth of my son, Ron Jr., in Tampa, Florida. Balancing family and career has strengthened my dedication to providing dependable, customer-focused service. Outside of work, I enjoy following baseball, football, and basketball, and I try to work on my golf game a couple of times a year.

Before joining State Farm in 2018, I developed leadership and customer service skills at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, advancing from management trainee to Group Manager, where I oversaw the vehicle operations in Tampa. This experience taught me the importance of being super reliable and always there for my customers—principles I bring to every interaction.
